We are now offering an affordable alternative to dental insurance. We are very excited to offer a dental savings plan for our patients. In recent years many people have lost their dental benefits. This savings plan is designed to provide greater access to affordable quality dental care, for any patient that is uninsured.
With the Bailey Dental Savings Plan, you receive all preventative services free of charge. This includes 2 dental cleanings, 2 exams, and all necessary x-rays each year. You will also receive a discount off of all other dental services.
Advantages of the Bailey Dental Savings Plan over traditional dental insurance:
- No yearly maximums (most dental insurance only covers up to $1,000 per year).
- No Deductibles – start saving with your first dental visit!
- Immediate eligibility (most dental insurance has a one year wait period for major work).
- No pre-existing condition limitations.
- Covers cosmetic dentistry such as Whitening and Porcelain veneers.
- No downgrading (most insurance only pays for the cheapest option. Example: downgrading a white filling to a silver filling, or a tooth colored crown to a metal crown).
- No waiting for pre-estimates that are not even guaranteed.
- Allows treatment decisions to be kept between patient and doctor, eliminates the third party that is only in it for profit, and allows you to choose your own treatment.

Program Exclusions and Limitations:
This program is a savings plan. This program is only honored at Bailey Dental in Palos Park, Illinois, and cannot be used at any other dental office. It is not a dental insurance plan, and cannot be used:
- In conjunction with a separate dental plan
- For services for injuries covered under workman‘s compensation
- For treatment, which in the sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization charges of any kind
- For cost of dental care which is covered under automobile medical
Program Guidelines:
- You must remain a plan member for the duration of treatment to retain the discount plan benefits.
- There is a $50 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses.
- Plan cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan.
- No refunds will be issued, if patient decides not to utilize plan.
- Patient‘s portion of bill is due on the day service is provided.
- This Plan is Non-Refundable.
